Richard was amazing. He was extremely thorough and took his time. He explained in great detail to me what his findings were but in a way that I would understand, not doctor lingo. He drew diagrams which really helped understand the results of my babies scan. Richard is so calm and gentle. He is very approachable and you can tell he loves his job and the babies he is helping. He is brilliant at his job and was born to do it in my opinion. I have never came across any medical professional like him before. He is the best. I have complete trust in him and i believe he knows exactly what he is doing. I would highly recommend him. Simply outstanding.

Doctor Richard looked our little boy right from the moment he was born, until he left neonatal intensive care, Richard looked after him for 16 weeks, and really shared such a lovely bond with him, and us parents too. He made us smile each day, when times were so tough. This man is a real hero, and our nicu journey would not have been the same without him! He is always smiling, always positive and when we felt at our worse, he could always bring a smile on our faces. This is not just a job for Richard.. he is so passionate, and cares for his patients with his whole heart! As a parent, having someone like Richard really helped us during some really dark situations and he made us feel so safe and he cared for our baby boy so much! He even gave him his own nickname and they shared some wonderful times I will never forget Thank you so much Richard, I will never be able to thank you enough for everything. You will always hold a place in our hearts personally and you are a credit to the hospital.

Lovely doctor. From birth to a whole year care of my precious daughter. He does looks after her, I'm pleased with the support he has given us.
